Faith Bosco, Dance Director
My name is Faith Bosco. I have been learning the art of dance since the age of three. I attended Larry Cervi School of Performing Arts for nine years. I studied tap, jazz, hip-hop, and ballet. At the age of thirteen, I transferred to Starlight Preforming Arts Center, where I trained until the age of eighteen. I trained in tap, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, pointe, modern, lyrical, and contemporary. Upon graduation, I attended Grove City College for my bachelor’s degree in Education. I continued my dance studies throughout my college career. I further my studies in modern, jazz, and ballet.
Additionally, I preformed with the Grove City College Orchesis Dance Troupe, as well as the Grove City College Spring Dance Company. I was an active member of the Grove City College Official Dance Team, for all four years of my college career. I served as the squad’s head captain and choreographer for both my junior and senior years. As someone who believes that the arts should be an open space for all, I also lead a team to each dance to underprivileged kids in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti.
Since college, I have continued by training by taking pre-professional classes with Muse Art Center, Dance Dimensions Studio, Yello Studio, and the Miami City Dolphin’s Cheerleaders. I strongly believe that dance is both an art and an athletic sport; it requires strong disciple for both self-expression and immense physical strength.
