Principal Brian Mangan
With over three decades of service in the School District of Lee County, Mr. Mangan proudly serves as the Principal of Oak Hammock Middle School. His connection to Lee County runs deep. After moving from Long Island during middle school, he attended Alva Middle School and Lehigh Acres Middle School before graduating from Riverdale High School.
These community roots inspired a career in education that began as a Social Studies teacher at Lehigh Acres Middle School and North Fort Myers High School. Transitioning into administration, he served as Assistant Principal at Fort Myers High School and P.L. Dunbar Middle School before stepping into principal roles across the district at Caloosa Middle School, Mariner High School, East Lee County High School, and Fort Myers Middle School. His leadership experience also includes serving as Director of both Fort Myers Technical College and Cape Coral Technical College, as well as district leadership roles including North Region Director of Academic & Student Services, Director of Adult & Career Education, and Director of Constituent Services.
In addition to his career in education, Mr. Mangan served in the U.S. Army and the Florida Army National Guard, including active-duty service from 2004 to 2006. He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Gulf Coast University, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science Education from the University of South Florida, and Associate degrees in Military Science and General Studies from Georgia Military College.

Assistant Principal Carl Falk
Mr. Falk was born and raised in the Chicago, Illinois area. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in English and U.S. History. He later earned a Post-Baccalaureate degree in Education from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University.
Mr. Falk is currently in his sixth year as an administrator at Oak Hammock Middle School. In fact, he has spent his entire educational career in Lee County, serving as a U.S. History and English Language Arts teacher, as well as an AVID Coordinator and Teacher at Dunbar High School, before becoming an Oakie.
As Assistant Principal of Curriculum, Mr. Falk is committed to helping Oak Hammock Middle School continue to R.I.S.E. His goal is to ensure that students are paired with exceptional educators who inspire them to reach their full potential and thrive in an educational environment that emphasizes Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.

Assistant Principal Dennis Quisenberry
Mr. Quisenberry was born in Gainesville, Florida, and has lived in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Michigan, and Alabama. He attended the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. He also earned two graduate degrees from Argosy University.
Mr. Quisenberry began his teaching career in Alachua County and has served students in the School District of Lee County for the past 22 years. After serving as Dean of Discipline for two years, he transitioned into school administration and will begin his fifth year as an administrator at Oak Hammock Middle School.
Mr. Quisenberry enjoys building strong relationships with students and families while supporting students as they grow into successful scholars and responsible citizens. His favorite part of the day is visiting classrooms and observing learning firsthand. Outside of school, he enjoys sports, cooking, traveling, and watching movies with his children. Mr. Q looks forward to another outstanding year at The Oak.

Assistant Principal Jinellie Morales
Mrs. Morales is beginning her fourth year as an administrator at Oak Hammock Middle School. Born in Würzburg, Germany, and raised in Puerto Rico, she has cultivated a diverse educational and professional background. Mrs. Morales earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the University of Puerto Rico, an MBA in Finance from Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at AGM University.
After a successful career in business management, Mrs. Morales followed her passion for education and transitioned into teaching. She served as a music educator at Villas Elementary School before joining Oak Hammock Middle School as an Intervention Specialist.
This year, Mrs. Morales will serve as the Assistant Principal of Instruction. She is committed to partnering with students, staff, and families to promote academic excellence and ensure every Osprey has the opportunity to R.I.S.E. and reach their full potential.
